| Step 1 Choose a CabinThis usually starts with a phone call or email requesting a price for one of our products. At this stage if you haven’t already downloaded a brochure, we send you one with a price guide. The brochure will have a list of standard inclusions as a starting point and optional upgrades. We can also discuss and estimate site delivery costs at this stage to help with your decisions, if required. | Step 2 CustomisationThere are usually some changes required to customise floorplans to suit your needs. Once these are completed, we send you a web selection sheet to make final choices for colours and finishes. Once we have all your floorplan and selections finalised, we can add any extra inclusions required, such as site delivery, crane if required, site connections if required or any other ancillary works. |
| Step 3 Quote / ContractAt this stage we provide you with a revised estimate, which is subject to the final detail. We then forward a draft quote along with terms and conditions for final checking. Assuming all is checked and in order, we formalise a construction Agreement to be signed, dated, and returned with a first payment. | Step 4 Building BeginsOnce everything is checked and in order, and the construction Agreement has been signed, dated, and returned with a first payment, we then schedule your job, order materials and provide an estimated completion date. During construction we send through pictures and details to keep you updated on progress. |
