THE 3 STEP PROCESS
Step 1This usually starts with a phone call or email requesting a price for one of our products. At this stage if you haven’t already downloaded a brochure, we send you one with a price guide. The brochure will have a list of standard inclusions as a starting point and optional upgrades. We can also discuss and estimate site delivery costs at this stage to help with your decisions. | Step 2There are usually some changes required to customise floorplans to suit your needs. Once these are completed, we send you a web selection sheet to make final choices for colour and finishes. At this stage we provide you with a revised estimate, which is subject to the final detail. | Step 3Once we have all your floorplan and selections finalised, we can add any extra inclusions required, such as site delivery, crane if required, site connections if required or any other ancillary works. We then forward a draft quote along with terms and conditions for final checking. Assuming all is checked and in order, we formalise a construction Agreement to be signed, dated, and returned with a first payment. Only at this stage can we schedule your job, order materials and estimated completion date. During construction we send through pictures and keep you posted on progress. |
