STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS

It starts with a full fully engineered and welded steel sub floor chassis running the entire length of the building. RHS Dura Gal steel joists are then attached to the chassis to complete all steel sub floor. Treated sheet flooring and Composite eco decking are glued and screwed to the joists to complete the base structure.

Treated timber is also used for all framing elements including, wall studs, roof trusses, rafters, beams, and posts.

CLADDING OPTIONS

External cladding options available along with gable/skillion roof designs, carports, garages, and pergolas as required.

THERMAL EFFICIENCY

Argon filled double glazed windows and sliding door units are standard along with roof, wall, and sub floor insulation.

Quality inverter split systems, ceiling fans and window coverings are standard with external awning upgrades available.

QUALITY CUSTOM KITCHENS

Custom kitchen cabinets incorperate the usual pantry and overheads configurations, but increasingly include Euro laundrys, linen cabinets and washing machines. Acrylic or tile splashbacks with ducted pull out range hoods and jumbo bins, also standard.

CUSTOM BATHROOMS

Smart looking bathrooms with large circulation spaces. Showers with adjustable hand wands, grab rails. Vented ceiling exhaust fans and plenty of down lights make for a safe wet room environment.

BEDROOMS

With full height, built in robes and custom sized windows to suit your furniture. Also ceiling fans or fanlights.

LIVING AND DINING

THE PROCESS

Preliminary pricing is a GUIDE only, until such time as your specific site location, ground conditions and final build requirements are finalised.

In the meantime, if you find a floor plan that may suit, we can customize it as required and forward a DRAFT estimate including delivery, ancillary site works, and connections, all subject to final details.

Upon receiving a copy of your secured agreement and site plan, we can forward a more formal and detailed quote.

To proceed, we forward a formal agreement with terms and conditions and a progressive payment structure.

Once you have checked the details and returned the signed document along with the first payment, we can order materials and schedule works and commence construction in earnest, with an estimated 16 week build time.

We keep in touch during the building process and believe that it should be a collaborative and enjoyable process for all.

How long do they take to build?	From signing an agreement to a completed home usually takes around 16 weeks.
What approvals do I need?	Your park owner/manager can help facilitate the approval process, which is usually quite straight forwards.
Does your quote include everything or are there extra costs?	We offer a fully completed and installed turnkey package including ancillary works as specified in the agreement, such as concrete slabs, ramps, steps, plinth boards, carports, garages, pergolas, and clothes lines, all as required.
What are the hidden costs?	We do everything we can to avoid hidden costs from a building perspective. It is your responsibility to cover Insurances, Site fees, Moving expenses and associated costs from handover.
Do your buildings come with a guarantee?	Yes, all new home packages come with a 5-year structural warranty and a 12month defect warranty.
