ReadyBuilt’s holiday park cabins are cabins built to a residential structural standard, intended for holiday or leisure accommodation in caravan parks or holiday parks. They include standard inclusions such as insulation, structural steel chassis, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and are available with custom upgrades. |
These are more permanent dwellings designed for use in residential parks or as second homes. They come as turnkey, customised homes with fully engineered subfloor, quality finishes, structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and all the features of a standard home. | ||||
These “Trail Cabins” are versatile and mobile units engineered to handle both temporary and permanent use. They are transportable (e.g. via tilt tray trucks), designed for energy efficiency, strong build (steel chassis, bushfire resistant cladding, etc.), with standard services for power, water, and waste fitted or adaptable depending on site. |
This service works with caravan park owners or operators to upgrade or renew existing holiday parks or residential parks. This might include replacing older units, introducing park homes, trail cabins, short stay studios, improving the overall quality, assisting with sales and marketing, and planning more sustainable or profitable park operations. |
Values & Standards
Being family-run means we care deeply about reputation, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. From the early days (working from home, modest beginnings) to having established facilities and a strong team, the growth has always been grounded in doing right by customers.
Quality is non-negotiable: all structures are built to NCC Class 1 (domestic) standards, which means our buildings meet the same regulatory requirements as regular homes in many respects. We use durable materials (steel chassis, treated and insulated timber, double glazed windows, etc.), provide structural warranties, and offer transparent quotes with standard inclusions and upgrades. We work closely with clients throughout the design, build and delivery phases and provide clear communication.
