Our Holiday Park units are all designed and built with the three very important considerations in mind. COMPLIANCE - COMFORT - COST. Regardless of budget, we get these fundamentals right to produce a range of cabins sizes, to suit most sites. As a starting point, we supply a plan brochure with preliminary price estimate for unit's ex yard. However, with a little more information we can help estimate delivery and site costs, subject to final detail of course. |
These Land Lease Communities are a popular retirement living option. This is where you own your home and you lease the site, which often attracts a rental subsidy to cover the site fee's. We provide fully inclusive turnkey home packages, complete with fencing, concrete driveways, carports and all services connected, all you need to do is move in. These homes are a low maintenance, comfortable and efficient living option worth consideration. | ||||
“Trail Cabins” are engineered to be a strong versatile portable/mobile building platform. They are movable via tilt tray trucks, thermally efficient and bushfire resistant. They can have power, water and waste circuits installed or they can be retro fitted depending on your intended use. These units are built to be a non-specific generic building platform engineered and built to a structural standard, as specified. |
